CHALLENGE

A local business transitioning from a corporate franchise to an independent company specializing in automotive detail supply needed a complete rebrand. The goal was to create a modern, dynamic, and robust brand identity that would establish a strong presence in the market while differentiating it from its previous corporate identity. The new brand also needed to convey a sporty and high-performance aesthetic that resonated with the target audience.

PROCESS

I led the rebranding initiative, working closely with the business owner to develop a name that carried personal significance—drawing inspiration from his newborn son to infuse the brand with emotional resonance. From there, I conducted a comprehensive review of the brand’s visual identity, refining key elements such as the logo, color palette, typography, and messaging. The process involved extensive research to ensure the new brand effectively positioned the business as an independent and high-quality provider in the automotive detail supply industry.

SOLUTION

The completed project included two collectible cards and a matching poster with cohesive, playful, and educational designs that resonated with children in grade school. The cards were small and portable, making them perfect for distribution at events and promotions, while the poster tied the theme together visually. The lifestyle photos highlighted the materials’ practical applications, enhancing their appeal for Shar Music’s initiatives.
